You will be able to find the next day that I am shipping at the top of the website. Please specify if you have a particular day that you would like to receive your order.
Orders will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday
During periods of cold weather, heat packs will be used to assure that all spiders are kept at a comfortable temperature.
During extreme weather conditions such as heat waves, or snow, it may be necessary to delay shipping. Similarly, if your spider goes into premoult, shipping may also be delayed. These small creatures are very important to me, and as such, I will do my very best to make sure that they reach you safely.
All spiders are sent via Royal Mails ‘Special delivery, next day by 1pm.’ Although this service usually means that you’ll receive your spider the day after I send it, delays can happen, and occasionally Royal Mail will fail to deliver.
After your spider leaves me, and is accepted by Royal Mail, tracking the parcel will be the responsibility of the recipient. The tracking details available to you, are exactly the same as what I am able to see at my end.
If a spider sadly arrives dead, I will either replace your spider, or issue you a refund. I will unfortunately need photographic evidence within 24 hours to do so. Parcels will need to be delivered directly to the recipient eg. not redirected to a local post office. If this does not happen, my dead on arrival policy will be void.
